  1. So, do you think it’s possible to still be intermediate on SQ and DL, but in need of periodization on the bench? My SQ and DL are still climbing, but bench is sloooow…

    I’m going to be looking for some help on my bench after the meet. How can I squat 445 and deadlift 510, and not be benching 300+??

    • It’s for sure possible. I think a lot of it has to do with leverages and technique for those top end numbers. To be honest though, I think you’re an advanced lifter anyway. But for most people who have lagging benches/presses/chins/etc they need much more volume and more exposure to top-end weights than they think, in my opinion.
