  1. Does the same hold true for women and soy protein (in particular women like me as far as age, weight, difficulty losing fat)? You really only addressed the issue in relation to men. I am asking because I accidentally bought some protein powder that has soy and whey proteins and I’d rather not have to just throw it away. Thanks, J!!

      • 6.25gm non-GMO soy protein out of a total of 12gm of protein per serving. Probably would only have it once a day at most. Less if you think that’s too much.

      • At once per day (at a maximum) is fine. If you were having 2-3 shakes a day everyday then I’d be a little apprehensive maybe.
