  1. Jordan, just to clarify please – are these recommended levels set for LBM or total weight? At what point does this matter – eg if I’m 190 pounds and 18% vs 270 pounds and 40+% body fat.


    • I don’t think it matters at all to be honest. Lets say the range of acceptable protein intake is like 1g per lb bw-1.5g/lb. If you’re carrying more fat you’re going to be towards the lower end of the range and if you’re leaner towards the higher. Age modifies this too as well as bcaa intake.

  2. Do you have any specific recommendations regarding creatine brands? I’m not a competative athlete. Just trying to gain muscle. Thanks
